Fabrapel® is a patented treatment we apply to the interlock 100% cotton fabric during dyeing. Fabrapel® provides a non-detectable yet highly functional coating to the fabric creating a water-proof barrier while allowing air to pass through keeping you cool and confident.
What is Urethane Treatment?
These shields are constructed with 4 layers which use materials that promote ultimate water-proof protection as well as dryness and comfort for those with moderate to heavy sweating.
The top layer is a soft, comfortable Nylon mesh transfer layer which provides for a quick dry-out.
The second layer is constructed of double napped cotton and provides excellent perspiration absorption.
The third layer is constructed with a soft Vinyl-Urethane water-proof barrier which eliminates any fluid from passing through to your outer clothing. It also eliminates any cracking or peeling.
The fourth layer is constructed of a soft, cool cotton which gives a top quality appearance.
