If a package is seized by customs, we cannot issue a refund unless the products are returned to us in their original condition. If you refuse or return an international order, shipping charges are not refunded.
Orders Shipped in Multiple Packages
BetterDry products ship from a different warehouse than the rest of our catalog. If your order includes BetterDry and other Kleinert's products, you will receive two packages, each with its own tracking number.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you will receive an email from Kleinert's with your tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com. Please check your spam folder if you do not see our email.
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the postal service. For delivery questions, please contact your carrier or local post office.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us as unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs.
Returns and Exchanges
Exchanges and returns are gladly accepted within 30 days of order date. Products that have been used, worn or washed cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping fees are not refunded. For full details, please see our Return Policy.
