Refund policy

Exchanges and returns are gladly accepted within 30 days of order date.

No RGA will be issued in advance of a return. Once we receive the item back, we will inspect it to ensure that it has not been washed or worn.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the items, please allow up to 30 days for our refund department to issue your refund. Outbound and inbound shipping fees are not refunded.

Return conditions

• A copy of the receipt of purchase must be enclosed with any return or exchange.
• Original labels must not be removed from clothing.
• Clothing cannot be returned if washed or worn, and must not be soiled, stained or have holes.
• Opened or partially used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

PLEASE NOTE: Once a product is used or worn, it is NOT EXCHANGEABLE OR RETURNABLE.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size or color require additional funds to cover return shipping on domestic orders:

• Orders under $30.00: $7.00
• Orders from $30.01 to $49.99: $8.50
• Orders from $50.00 to $99.99: $12.50
• Orders from $100.00 to $150.00: $16.50

Please include a note listing the items you want shipped (style #, size and color), along with a check payable to Kleinert's for the amount above.

Pack your return in the original package if possible. Packages must be prepaid; we cannot accept COD deliveries.
