Crafted with either a 100% cotton or a cotton-covered vinyl barrier, the sewn-in underarm shields feature a seamless design and extend 3 3/4 inches under the arms for optimal coverage.

We have now added a nylon mesh, water-repellant fabric top layer option. It will keep you dryer as the nylon stays dry and moves the fluid into the absorbent cotton layer. It adds sturdiness as well.
