It has a highly absorbent 6 ply water-proof integrated panel at the crotch to prevent wet-thru for complete, discreet protection unlike any other product.
It is constructed with a polyester mesh top layer which allows fluid to enter the 6 ply absorbent layers beneath quickly. iI also has a waterproof duraltie barrier layer which prevents fluid from passing thru it to your outer clothing. This panel dries out very quickly so that skin integrity is maintained. This panel absorbs 6 Oz. of fluid.
